BY CAR:

Travelling on highway A-6 Madrid - La Coruña, continue direction Arteixo until km. 592.
Change to highway number A-55, direction Carballo.
Leave the highway at exit number 17, Paiosaco, and go direction La Coruña after the toll.
Continue about 500 metres and turn left at the entrance of the club.

BY BUS:

Take the bus direction Carballo with the company Arriba from the bus-station of La Coruña.
There are departures every half hour.
Get of the bus at bus-stop called "Anide" right beside the club.

BY PLANE:

Flight to A Coruña (LCG) from Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville, Lisbon or London.
By taxi from the airport of La Coruña to the club.
