A Coruña´s international show jumping competition continues this afternoon in Casas Novas Arteixo with two new classes in which top world riders will be competing.
 

Jesús Garmendia, the only rider winner of the Telefónica Grand Prix in the 22 editions of the International of Casas Novas has arrived today past midday with his amazing horse Lord du Mont Millon. This horse was his partner when he was the only national winner of the big class in 2009 and they had been seeing stretching in the galloping area.

When there are only three days left for the start of the International Show Jumping Competition of A Coruña everything is almost ready in Casas Novas to receive the amount of horses that will arrive these days, more than 180. Most punctual ones are already training at the equestrian facilities sited in Arteixo since this past weekend and the arrival of the rest of the horses is expected until Thursday, when the animals have the Veterinary Check. The CSI organization is finalizing details to receive the audience from Friday to Sunday and is getting ready the main arena for the start of the competition on Friday.
 

Edwina Tops Alexanders (AUS), Michel Robert (FRA), John Withaker (UK), Denis Lynch (IRL) or Jessica Kürten (IRL) will participate in the International Jumping Show 4* of Casas Novas, to start next Friday. So, more than 150  teams arrived from more than 20 countries will take part in the contest. Between them, the winner of Telefonica Grand Prix, Richard Spooner from the United States.
